London Calling Dry Gin
Background
This is a classic London Dry Gin that we distill from our own cane-neutral spirit.
Juniper, Coriander, Grains of Paradise and Grapefruit Zest give this Gin a bright citrus nose, a peppery mid-pallet and a juniper citrus finish.
This is a perfect Gin for the classic or craft Martini!
All of our Gins are twice-distilled using botanicals in the still column to maximize extraction of the exquisite blend of botanicals used in their production.
The Result?
Unlike any Gin produced in Vermont, this is a classic take on the London Dry Gin. Smooth, flavorful.
