All of our Gins are twice-distilled using botanicals in the still column to maximize extraction of the exquisite blend of botanicals used in their production.
The Result?
Unlike any Gin produced in Vermont, this is the OG. The original “Old World” gin (Jenever/Genever) produced for centuries in Holland. It how UK distillers learned how to make London Dry and Plymouth Gins.
